Copper Cakes by Amanda is a passion project named for her beloved children. Amanda first watched as her own mom decorated cakes for friends and events, learning techniques and skills naturally. To this day, Amanda still calls her mom for advice when she is stuck.
When it comes to cake, Amanda believe the flavor is fundamental. All of the recipes that Copper Cakes bakes up have been tested and modified to provide superior flavor and stability for decorations. Amanda specializes in buttercream designs, and can replicate almost any fondant design in buttercream, but enjoys the opportunity to sculpt cake toppers out of fondant or modeling chocolate.
